Default Bad NBME 7 result

Hello everyone,
I'm studying for Step 1, and just did NBME 7, which is my first NBME. I got 240 which correlates to a three digit of 161. I've been studying for this test for a long time, but stress keeps me from focusing. I graduated a bit back, so the material isn't exactly fresh. I have already gone through First Aid twice and USMLE World twice. When I do random timed block on USMLE World to test myself, I get in the 60s and 70s, usually. I still haven't studied a second question bank. I also recently discovered Step One Secrets, which I found to be very helpful in organizing my thoughts and pretty informative, too. I don't know what the general opinion of that book is.

This makes me feel like quitting and lose hope, but at the same time I'm telling myself although I haven't focused enough and got a bad grade, my studying is not for nothing, it needs to be better ingrained, but the info is still all there, and should be easier if I go through things again.

I'm worried that I am doing something crucially wrong that has kept me from doing well, and advice is appreciated. My exam date is set for April 25th. There's no way I'm taking the test if I'm not ready for it. I wondered if it was reasonable to believe I could make it in time to take in April, or May. My plan had been to now go through Step One Secrets, then review First Aid once again, and then review USMLE World once again, as well as choose some other question bank to study from, and hopefully be ready for another NBME in a month. I don't know if I'm being reasonable.

Another mistake was isolation, pressure and self-criticizing. I was doing very, very little other than study, except I'd get so bored that I'd waste a lot of time anyway, and that contributed to bad focus. So this time I'm actually going to get exercise regularly. But I need to find other ways to relax, and I don't know when I "should" take a break because everyone just says I should focus on the test. What's a sign that I need a break?

Forgot to desire is to get at least a three digit of 230 on the actual exam.
