Question Free 150 versus NBME

is the 150 questions in the free sample nbme have same level of difficulty in the real nbme

I thought the sample questions were easier. The questions are more straight forward.

Yup - thats the word on the street - the 150 are meant to boost your confidence but the actual exam is supposed to be comparable to the NBME...

Arrow They are easier

The 150 Free Practice Questions are much easier than the official NBME that you have to pay for.
These questions do not represent the actual level of difficulty but they replicate the exam style and format exactly.
