Unhappy Messed up Routine

Hello Folks,
I am having a really hard time with a good routine. I am not able to sleep at nights and then fall asleep towards Mornings and the whole day is not as productive as I would like. And if I don't fall sleep in the morning, I don't feel good the whole day and keep pushing caffeine.I don't know if this is just anxiety. I have been studying for about 4-5 months now and Hope to write the Exam in June-July. As time is coming closer, I need to put in more work but lately(since a month) my schedule is all messed up.

Please give me some suggestions as I am gona start Uworld soon and I would really like to form a good routine and be productive.

Warning!

U mean insomnia? U have poor sleep hygiene probably.
1. Never read on bed/laying down(u teach ur brain to think on bed and when u sleep, u cant sleep cause ur brain thinking) bed is only for sleeping and nothing else
2. U always have different sleeping time(make it a habit to have a fix time to sleep anf wake). If not u wil hv problem with sleeping.
3. Drinking alot of caffiene(insomnia)
4. Taking sleeping pill(rebound insomnia)

Hope that helps. I know problem with sleeping can cause huge stress cause your productivoty wil be deteriorating.

Dont worry my sleep is messed up too. I sleep at 6 am in the morning everyday. Push myself to sleep early but end up staring at the walls...so i just keep studying till I cant anymore.

WEll, As long as your are not wasting time during rest of the day and getting work done, a 2 hour nap is not bad at all. Cuz, we all need breaks right like a 10 minute break after an hour or two.
My issue is not being able to sleep at nights without aid like Zquil and I don't want to take Zquil (Diphenhydramine) everyday lol and everyday is not consistent and so not enough work gets done.

Yeah, I do not study on the bed not really. I want to just try to get into the morning routine cuz I am going to eventually work on my Stamina and all....Right ?
I try to avoid caffeine atleast 6 hours before bedtime. I think, Its all anxiety, I been thinking too much about this Exam and its importance and consequences and all...May be I Shouldn't over think and keep trying to get into a routine !
