Help What can I do in one day?

Hey guys.
Need advise. I just did NBME 7 and scored 226. I really want and need 230+ in the real exam. exam is day after tomorrow.
I made some really stupid blunders on NBME 7. What can I do in 1 day?
I still have the free 150 to do tomorrow.

i'd say revise all equations and biostat stuff.. if u have some notes with high yield things go over them. go over pharm (mainly things that depend on memory).. the pages on FA of antibodies (p 212 in the 2011 version)..
i've been advised not to do anything the day right before the exam, to give ur brain a break.. not sure of how useful that is but ppl who advised it really stressed on it
good luck
