Default Bchem

Dr najeeb teaches the basics while kaplan is a review. I suggest you watch both if you have the time.Good luck.

i suggest that you should watch kaplan vdz plus read it's notes ....they are the best biochem review out there .....the kaplan biochem book is amazing and the vdz just eases out everything in it ......and then i would suggest you go through FA also .....in my opinion if you do kaplan only, it's more than enough

Yes, I think Kaplan for Biochem is very good ! The videos do fill in all the details you need to know, It can be bit overwhelming at first but the vidoes elaborate on what's really high yield and all. May be after that you can try doing some questions and see where you Stand. Once you understand, it's all about repetition.

As far as I know, dr najeeb is very good and helps strengthen the basics, but be carefull- he dosen't cover all the subjects.

I feel kaplan videos does a great job explaining from the basic ....i think even a one who has no idea of biochem can quickly grasp biochem by watching them .... i watched these videos in my early biochem years ...and i tell u there are not just only a review ....they explain every bit of the stuff and i think with these videos alone you would do quite well ....give it a go and see how it goes ...but watch them sequentially
