Arrow Focus on the High Yield, Don't cram everything!

I'm starting to realize that i really need to focus on the high yield material, and quit trying to know everything
did anybody else go through this phase? don't get me wrong, i'm still going to be comprehensive in my review, but i'm just not going to spend too much time on the nitty gritty details.

currently browsing through Kaztung Trevor Pharm (board review). its a good book, solid for review, but only for quick reading, and not for trying to learn all the details. i think its important knowing what the important parts are, and that's where kaplan helps.

just some self realization here. rant over.

Happened to me as I read FA and wanted to ditch most of Kaplan in these last 3 weeks of prep; also wanted to do more questions alongside FA overdose!

it is very concise, but its a very fast read, which i think is good. my plan is simple, to read through the sections at a moderate to fast pace. and then jump straight to kaplan, and solidify my knowledge. its no use just reading katzung board review, and then waiting to forget what i just read.

also has some good questions too!

most people came here and say pharm was easy subject tested in exam . i used not to believe them . but after my exam , now i do . pharm in FA is enough , other durgs u will meet them there u dont know , but by using suffix of drugs already read from FA u will be easy to recognize them . FA pharm + Kaplan Videos = you are safe . ( much attention on ANS , coz is where graphs qn come from )

thanks koyi! my weakest subject is pharm, so it got me worried for a bit. i think i'll just concentrate on the basics.
