Nepal USMLE in Nepal

hi i am studying mbbs in nepal its from tribhuvan university as i am going to end my fourth year this semester and my intern will get at october so i was wandering if i can start giving the exams for usmle in nepal or i have to complete my internshipp to appear in that exam?thank you i really need a help

you can check exam center availability in Nepal here:

and yes, you can appear for Step 1 anytime after IInd year of medical education, so in and after internship also. Just go through this link: http://www.ecfmg.org/2012ib/students.html

I'm not sure what exactly you mean by validity but here are links for both the meanings for first part of your question

About the visa issue, you can apply depending on what you are going for and you must have completed your MBBS and Internship completely. Further work experience may help in the residency process but is not mandatory.
