USMLE Scores NBME 15 correlation

Was wondering if NBME 15 is predective of real scores for those of you who've done the test, or is #7 still the most predective?
Im thinking to take an NBME tomorrow,( or two) but scared of getting disapointed..test is on the 11..
Latest scores were form 11:221, and UWSA 1: 230

Thanks

I got uwsa 2:232 nbme 7: 233 in the past 2 weeks.

a lot of people say nbme 7 the most predictive. but i think it s changing by people. bc I also have seen people who told nbme 11 most predictive or nbme 12. therefore i think the best way trying to do all nbme!!! I will do 11 12 15 in the next 10 days to be sure if I m in steady score:S

so, revising some chapter that you think u r weak in (based on nbme) maybe the best one, my opinion! also look at the forgettable list!
best luck in exam

i can not say anything about this bc also i dint take exam.
did you do free 150 (fred)? a lot of people do it 1 or 2 days before exam. there r 3 blocks and Qs are easier than real exam but it would be good for get used to real exam style.

I don't know if that will affect your performance on test day. I haven't taken the it yet, but I have noticed a slight decline in my performance when I am doing Qmax full simulations (8 hour simulations) or a Uworld 7 block practice exam, specially in the last blocks. I get really tired, sometimes a little desperate, or anxious, and when I review my answers I notice some very dumb mistakes that I shouldn't be making, product of the exam fatigue. So in my case and my opinion, doing FULL LENGTH simulations or practices is important.

For example, I got 242 on my first Uworld SA exam, and I don't take it too personal, since its only a 4 block simulation. On the other hand, I did a full Qmax simulation (8 hours with breaks and all), and even though I felt the questions easier than UWorld SA, I got a 227. I know that when I'm in the last couple of blocks, my neurons are not firing at the same rate as they were during the first 4 blocks.

I did notice that my brain kinda slows down at the last blocks when i did nbme for the first time, it improved after few nbmes.. As u said those were only 4blocks.. Now u got me thinking.. And bit panicking lol

Default NBME 15 Burned my Soul

I just took nbme 15 yesterday and it is the worst!! My hopeful score of 226(nbme 13) dropped to a 217 on nbme 15. I think I will have nightmares about this nbme for weeks...I canceled my scheduled usmle because of it. Can't go into the test feeling this crappy!
