Arrow Feelings the Day before step one

I was wondering how step takers felt the day before the exam.. Cuz im in a bit of panic mood.. Transitioning into self doubt at times..
I hear its important to relax and not to touch any books or notes .. But topics keep popping into my head that needs revision!! Hence more panic > no time to review everything> depression and self doubt ...

Hey Faith, my test is actually tomorrow & I felt terrible that I actually took a self assessment today which is a baaaaaaaaad idea , that's how much I was scared but fortunately I scored in the range that I wanted , so it's normal to doubt yourself , if your performance is alright & your self assessment test are in close range to each other ,then relax.
