Question Wegener granulomatosis Question

A 51-year-old man with a 5-year history of wegener granulomatosis come to the physician for a follow-up examination. He has general malaise, fatigue, myalgia, and arthralgia. Which of the following additional findings is most likely to indicate exacerbation of this patient's disease?

A) Glucosuria
B) Hematuria
C) Hypokalemia
D) Hyponatremia
E) Increased glomerular filtration rate

B - Hematuria

FOr sure its B. wegners is vasculitis that can result in RPGN (rapidly progressing gn). so if the patient has it, and get hematuria, it means that the kidneys are now affected.

Wegener - c - ANCA. Upper respiratory infection, Lower respiratory infection, kidney problem. It's B - Hematuria.
