Read FA ASAP, but make sure you know the why mechanisms behind what's written there. Also, review Goljan.

Smart move in rescheduling.

You need to do FA 2010 not 2009. 2010 has more things in it.

You need to do these qbanks
USMLEworld
Usmlerx
kaplan qbank.

you need a pen and paper and write down the concept of what you got wrong for each question in the qbank. You need to put clue words and fill in things in First Aid that aren't complete. You need to read FA at least 4 times.

Get the Board Review Series physiology and do that book. Know it and do the questions in it.

the behavior sciences will work itself out with the qbanks listed above.

when you get the FA, go buy some flashcards and write down the name of each drug in First Aid on the front of the card and on the back write down the Mechanism and the toxicity and what it is used for. Go through these every day until you have them memorized.

Print off pictures of the Neuro Anatomy pictures and memorize these anatomy parts. You can find them in the roadmap review of neuroanatomy

usmlerx.com

it goes hand in hand with First Aid. it is very good to drive home the concepts that are in the first aid book.

@peewee = Is it necessary to read FA 4 times? I'm getting a bit scared. My exam is a little less than 2 weeks away and I've only read FA cover to cover once. I read bits and pieces of it when I was doing UWorld questions also. My NBME scores are ok. I think I have time to read it completely one more time or maybe twice if I skim it. Would it be worth it to postpone my test by a week so I can read FA three more times? I think I may go insane reading the same text that many times, but I also feel like as each day goes by, I start to forget more and more things.
