Question Response to exercise

As per First Aid during exercise there is no change in PaO2 and PaCO2 but there is an increase in venous CO2 content.

PaO2 no change: because we increase ventilation breathing in more O2
PaCO2 no change: because when we are breathing hard we are blowing off CO2

Increase in venous CO2 content: because O2 is being extracted therfore less mixed O2 and CO2?????

Someone please clarify. Thanks

Default CO2

In exercise there is aerobic respiration that produces CO2 that enters the capillaries of muscle. These capillaries eventually become veins and therefore the venous CO2 is increased. At least that's how I think.
Hope this helps.
