my friend i am sorry but you don;t seem to be ready yet. do another round of UW along with FA but more importantly pay attention to your weak areas from NBME

if your problem is just memorization in spite of knowing the concepts, yes you can be ready otherwise it's little tricky. But still June end is solid 2 months away. I would suggest to finish everything once aain and take NBME. My rule was, if i could read FA and my notes in 12 das and retain most of it, i should take NBME and be close to the test. So the next NBME will tell you a lot but take it when u little more prepared.

Doing Goljan now is a bit late. If u know ur concept as u said then reading some topics in Goljan u consider forgettables is ok. U can brush through Goljan path and secrets as well.

Of course they are a lot in Goljan not in FA. Anything that was tested in ur nbme u have not come across in FA then check it up. U know FA is what the authors think is high yield but some other areas may be tested which are not in FA and that forms the wonder of all step takers. So I cant point out some topics for u but at least know the various tables etc in Goljan.

My friend it's normal to feel how u feeling but pls to be able to absorb well u must overcome ur depression. I lost one whole week in my preparation schedule becos of depression. The steps need consistency and focus. So leave behing depression master the topics well. The links, concepts. Kiss FA book hard into ur brain cells and hit the next nbme. Let us know how u do.
