Yes, you can do it, USMLERx Q bank based on FA, they're little different from UW,
Good luck!

I am an IMG too, and 45 days from my exam. I have been doing the Rx Qbank and I think its pretty good. Its a bit different from Uworld, but it has some good questions. I have to admit some are very "wtf??" type of questions, and some might seem to be a little incomplete. But overall its a good Qbank. The explanations are pretty good since they explain the answer choices and at the end they give you a FA summary of the subject tested, with page number and all, so that is pretty good.

Another feature that I liked is that you can make simulations of the exam, those are 7 block, 8 hour simulations. You can make like 5-6 of those with the whole qbank. The questions do not seem to be selected as Uworld SA, but randomly generated from your qbank. But still, they make for excellent practice sessions, with analysis, review and a STEP 1 predicted score.

I recommend it, specially if you have already done Uworld and need a different study/practice source.
