Help took step 1 exam on 30th april

hi
i took my exam on 30th april.
as my friends who had already taken exam were telling that real exam is easier than uw and nbme,,
frankly speaking, i didnot feel that.
i had taken nbme 7 and 11 and i felt those were quite easiiieeerrr!!!!!!!

i am really scared as i can recall doing few very easy ques also wrong in real exam
probably it was stress or hypoglycemia or both..

what should i expect as far as resullts are concerned?????/

really anxious...any suggestions???

Use High Yield Neuroanatomy, it has a whole chapter only with pictures. If you have time print them without the labels and try labelling them after you study them. Sometimes they go into details though, so focus on the common areas for some diseases, such as caudate nucleus, substantia nigra.....
