Smile Jonah Hex Step 1 Experience

my step 1 score 242.....
did only nbme 11...online 228
u.w 3 month online ....74% random mode
u.w do it twice at leat
kaplan lec note e videos
golgan pathology( very helpful on exam day)
1st aid 2012 (read latest edition...important)
i am IMG from pakistan....study duration 10months
if u plan well u can take step 1 in 8,9 months ,even
if u were a an average student in ur medical college.
pay special attention to
BS,cell histology, MSK system(if u want v.high scoe )

hey congratulation whad do you mean by msk system like anatomy? or pathology(lupus,,,,)?
did you find firstaid helpful for your exam?

i even do not know...my this system was weak in form and same in exam.
i guess if u do well in rheumatolgy ,dermatolgy and anatomy u may improve
this bar....

mark all the questions when u are doing u.w 1st time....
in 2nd time do the marked question s.........
yup i did all the 2000+ questions in 2nd time....

I have step 1 2010 Kaplan and FA 2013. I am looking for videos. Do you know where I can get from? i am confused as to how I should study as subject wise or system wise as in FA. Any other advice? Thanks.

First of all congrats on your score!
please specify what did you mean with BS? is it brainstem? so big attention to neuroscience? also what did MSK system meant? like anatomy lower and upper limb lesions? or overall with pathology? thanks in advance!!!
