Default Is Goljan audio and HY notes still good?

Is Goljan audio and his high yield (36 pp or 100 pp) still good? I know they are from 2002. If they are not that relevant anymore I don't want to waste my precious time and would rather focus on pathoma.

Also, what is the difference between his 36 pp and 100 pp hy notes?

According to me, Goljan audio is a must do, not because of the relevance of the subject matter per se, but for the way he makes you start thinking in terms of how you should be tackling your preparation and the questions you'll face. And that hasn't changed at all in the last 11 years. So my recommendation is goljan audios, with multiple Goljan RR reads. I'm not sure about the difference between the Goljan HY notes though, but one of them is just a written transcript of the audio lectures, nothing else.
