First Aid how to study from FA !

FA is great as all said but info in it has no explanation ! i think it is impossible to understand any thing from FA directly !

so i dont know should i study from kaplan notes or just reading as all do !

i feel that reading is waste of time as i forget what i read and at the same time studying from kaplan notes will take a lot of time !

so ,,, how can i use FA ?
