Arrow ambiguious genitalia??

A neonate is born with ambiguious genitalia. The clitoris is enlarged. There is a single perineal opening anterior to the anus and nom masses are palpable in the labioscrotal or inguinal region. Cause of the ambiguity??
1. Androgen insensitivity
2.21 hydropxylase def
3. mixed gonadal dysgenesis
4.5 alpha reductase def
5. true hermophrodite
