USMLEWorld UWorld as a Learning Tool

Guys, I heard Uworld is a learning tool since it has new stuff not in FA neither in Kaplan. Is this is true? Can someone post a list of high yield topics/facts not found in FA but that UWORLD has or in other words teaches.

ANOTHER THING, is it okay to start UWORLD after finishing RX and KAPLAN more or less 2/3 months before test date. NEED MORE ADVICE..THANKS!!!

USMLEworld is a must. Not only are the questions similar, but it is like a learning tool. You should do Uworld 2 times.

So do rx and kaplan for 2.5-3 months only for FA mastering and then 2.5-3 months for UWORLD done twice. Right, do you think it's okay?

Well, if you really made a good pass thru KAPLAN+USMLERX+2-3 passes of FA you'll easily get ~80% on UWORLD.
Uworld is very info dense you should spend on it at least 5 weeks.
Btw, you can easily find some info in USMLERX which is not in UWORLD nor in KAPLAN.

Thank you inno, im heading toward that so for the last two months UWORLD and FA mostly. With the good pass that you talk about then I'll go through UWORLD more quicker I think. What about the extra stuff that UWORLD teaches?? I have heard peole talk of thing that they didn't found neither in rx or kaplan. Do you know about this? Maybe its that 20% scoring of info dense you're talking about?

Well, Uworld is basically Qbank of all CONCEPTS which will be tested on your exam.UWorls isn't about info that you wont find anywhere else it's about the connection of important concepts and repetition of concepts.
if you want qbank which has tons of info - Kaplan is your chose however kaplan is overwhelemed with tons of useless facts.
Bottom line.Uworls is high quality qbank that MUST be done at least twice.(and you have to pay to each and every detail during reading and annotating uworld explanation)
Real deal is about high yield facts and how you can handle them.
Speaking of other qbanks, USMLERX has better biostat than UWORLD, KAPLAN has better physio than UWORLD.
