Help Multimedia Questions for Step 1

I think this is very important topic and haven't discussed before... I want each and every member to discuss because it would be helpful for all of us.

Can you please tell me that wht type of multimedia questions are important for step 1
From multimedia questions i mean CT,XRAYS,MRI,HISTOLGY/PATHOLOGY SLIDES,MURMUR ETC.... It would be great if you also mention any site / stuff..

I heard brain MRI is very important and mostly tested in step 1 now your turn. :-)

Admins please make it sticky or move to recommended section if you think it has recieved valuable replies..

My definition of multimedia questions would be audio/video questions. In my step 1 exam, the only multimedia questions i had were cardiac murmur auscultation based. And of those murmur questions, one of them was exactly in the same pattern as the multimedia murmur question on the free 150 questions (the prometric practice test). I did not get any video questions.

Picture questions, they were quite a few CT scans and MRIs, cross sections of the abdomen, pelvis and thorax CT scans and MRIs at different levels i recommend people look at people giving their step 1. A small number of chest xrays, but nothing too complicated. Histology slides also were basic stuff. There were a decent number of questions with gross images of the brain, or CT/MRI of brain at different levels.

The crux of the matter is, most picture questions on step 1 can be answered without even looking at the picture, and just from the stem of the question. The picture is just a means of confirming your answer in case you have a doubt. (Or is you're required to select an answer based on the image)
