Dear All,

I am an IMG. I got my score, 237, on May 8th.:happy::happy:
As I had to work as research fellow, I had limited time to study daily. It took 1.5 ys to be prepared for the exam. I read the following books:

Neuroanatomy: High yield Neuroanatomy
Behavioral Science: High yield Behavioral Science and 100 cases of Ethics
Biochemistry, Immunology, Genetics, Physiology, Pharmacology: Kaplan Lecture Notes
Microbiology: Kaplan (just one time) and then First Aid (That is more than enough).
Embryology and Histology: Only First Aid
Pathology: BRS Pathology

I also took the following online NBME exams after 2-time review of UWorld questions online:

NBME 12: score 240
NBME 13: score 247
NBME 15: score 233

I took my exam on April, 16th. The exam was not so tough. More than 70% of questions are in First Aid. This book is really good. you need to review it several times before your exam.

The format of tests are very similar to NBME question.
I am so glad to get this score. I hope that I could be accepted in a good program next year.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

I just relied on First Aid + UWorld for gross anatomy. The anatomy questions were not difficult for me. If you want higher score maybe you can add kaplan anatomy to your list.
All embroyology Qs could be found in First Aid. Some Histology and Molecular biology questions were quite new for me.

Congratulations on your success. I have a question though. I took usmle practice test today and was informed by the pro metric staff that I am not allowed to use any study material during the break, however I have read on some forum where somebody mentioned otherwise. Were you allowed to go through any study material from your locker during the break time?
