Stats Difficulty in understanding biostat

I'm having difficulty in solving biostat calculations particularly the ones which require 2 or 3 step calculations. Also have hard time understanding bias concepts, I'm frequently doing bias Qs incorrect. I'm also solving UWorld, but I feel Qs are not that difficult in UW, so kinda feeling insecure.

Guys any suggestions on how can I improve biostat, I'm doing good in other subjects but biostat really worries me.
