i would say F

but reading B seems the same thing

b.honor the mother wishes

which is same as

f.give blood to the son but not the father

No i differ! The mother's wish is that the son receives the transfusion but she did not speak her mind concerning the husband so we cannot conclude for her. So B and F are not the same.
I would go for F

Smile (F) & Why

F.Give blood to the son but not the father

Father's wishes can be respected since he's a consenting emancipated adult,
Son's transfusion should go ahead even if no one consents because

1. In case of a non-emancipated patient in an emergency, the care cannot be withheld by the parents.

2. Parental consent is inclusive, if one parent consents, legally you don't require the consent of the other parent but in USMLE if you find an option where it says to promote and encourage the discussion to reach a consensus, it is more often than not, the correct option.
