Default help me out!!!

Hey guys I am a total noob in a wierd situation!
I am a final year student in india, but I will (m a canadian PR) have to go to Canada for two years after passing my final year and ill do my internship after two years when ill come back.
Now I have following concerns-

Can I apply for step 1 while m in canada or do I need some documentation from my college to apply????

If I do need some documentation, then can I apply in advance, for example-can I apply for a date for step1 in may 2015, in jan 2014(after passing my final year while I am still in India)???

Finally, will delaying my graduation for two years have a negative impact on my application for residency, or anything else???

Thanks guys in advance and any help will be appreciated

P.S.- guys from india who have extended their internship for electives, plz do share your experience and advice!!

hello there ,
yes , you do need to signature from the authorities of your university and your uni stamp as well , after the approval of form 186 , you do need ur uni to confirm your status .

Shortly speaking , during the process of registration , a strong communication is needed between you and ur uni , i dont know about ur uni , at least its true for my uni .

First of all you should check if your college or uni uses ecfmg Web portal service.ask your uni admin.if they use it then you need only your degree..otherwise you have to tell your friends to do paper work
