Default Trouble with biostats

I am having a lot of difficulty with Biostats and am trying to find a book that can help clarify things. I have studied kaplan books, first aid, and watched the videos but for some reason I can't seem to grasp it. It is mainly chi squared, t-test, anova, SD, correlation coeffecient, and Z- score that I cannot seem to grasp. We were never taught it in my foreign medical school so I think I am lacking the basics to understand it.
I know it is just a small part of the whole but it does appear in both step 1 and step 2 so I would like to learn it, every right answer makes up for a wrong one!
My exam is 2 months away, please help!
