Syringe Killed vaccine mechanism

killed vaccine generate humoral immunity. does it involve class switching? if yes then why do we require booster as memory has already been generated!

que 2- tab( typhoid) vaccine is killed or live attenuated?

que 3- conjugated pnummococcal , flu , menningococcal are killed or live?

Yes class switching occurs and generation of memory B cells as well (in case of peptide antigens)

When capsular antigens are given (polysacharides) they induce only IgM production
no class switching occurs cause they arent presented to T cells

Memory B cells cant persist eternally they have limited life span so they degenerate after some time and boosters are required

When live attenuated vaccines are given they induce both humoral and cellular immunity
And persist lifelong in the body constantly reproducing and being presented to T cells and constantly generating new Memory B Cells
