I have the third edition of goljan and p 151 says that Lower DBP is associated with Decreased TPR. nowhere does it mention increased venous return.

However, a lower Diastolic Blood Pressure also suggests a more relaxed left ventricle and aorta which I'd presume is more receptive to increased venous return.

Decrease in diastolic BP -->reflex arterioloconstriction + venoconstriction.... That may cause VR to increase ?

Lol .... i must be like drunk when i posted it earlier .... goljan says vasodilation was the cause of dec in BP .... so vasodilation will decrease TPR ... and will increase blood flow ... so generally VR will increase
