Star Using First Aid to score better

Hi,
Can someone please tell me whether I might be able to score higher if I used FA or my core review books for my 2nd read onwards? Assuming that I would annotate either my notes on either FA or my review book for each subject depending on what I choose.
Offering explanation I would like to clarify that my goal is to score as high as possible for me. And for that I want to know whether that would be possible if I annotated FA with my notes and reviewed that as many times as necessary or if I annotated one review book for each subject with my notes (eg: BRS for physio, RR for patho, Kaplan for biochem) and reviewed those as many times as necessary?
And on a relevant note: what do you note down when reading books or going through Q bank? Forgettable facts? Important facts? How do you make out if this is worth noting down or not.
Please help me out if at all possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
