First Aid Should buy the latest First Aid Edition!

Hello everyone...
I have a query if anyone can please answer...Actually I have 2006 edition First Aid with me....Does anyone knows whether there's wide difference between 2006 and 2010 edition...and one of my friend has 2008 edition...Are there any substantial differences in these three editions ??
Should I buy a new 2010 edition or 2006 will do?
Kindly suggest...

Yes, i had one from 2006 edition and now i have a 2010 edition as well and there are massive differences.

One thing is unequivocal, be it American students or IMGs, buy the latest edition of FA. If you have just started preparing wait for some time and buy the newest edition which will be released in December, it will be the 2011 edition. Its worth the money spent.
