Default a problem with kaplan Qbank please help

I purchsed Kaplan Qbank and got this message when I launch the Qbank
Configure your Internet Security Application.
Security applications, such as Norton Internet Security and McAfee Internet Security (among others), include a privacy feature which affects the functionality of our online courses. To ensure that you access your online resources without technical difficulties, please turn the privacy services/privacy control option off or add kaptest.com to the trusted list. Please refer to your software user's guide if you are not sure how to do this.
I changed my settings but still the same problem , what is the solution ?

I had a similar problem with Uworld.What I did was I uninstalled the antivirus.Then it worked. Since then I have had no need for an antivirus and I never reinstalled it.

It takes around a day or two for kaplan q bank to activate your account. I had the same problem and had mailed the customer service for the delay , but it eventually started working the second day. If you still have problem better mail the customer service , they do respond promptly.
