Frankly, don't waste time on looking for specific slides. Exam doesn't have those many images/media content as people describe them to be.

Anyway, most of the picture/slide question has a way of answering WITHOUT looking at the picture. The picture is their just to confirm your answer. With that in mind, some common slides to know are:

-CMV (a must!!!)
-PCP
-Koilocytes
-Red neurons
-Granulation tissue
-Amyloid
-Crystals
-Hepatitis (Apoptotic bodies)
-EM slide, identify mitochondria, pre/post synaptic vesicles
-Histo of KW nodules for DM nephropathy
-Slides/EM/IF for Glomerulonephritis
-Acute Tubular Necrosis/Acute Pyelonephritis(a must!!!)
-Caseous necrosis
-Heart hypertrophy/Dilation/Vegetations/Rupture/Infarction/Fibrosis/HOCM(all very HY!!)
-ARDS/HMD

These are the ones that I frequently encountered in UW/NBME as well as the exam. So know them really well. You can use google to look at all these images, or webpath.
