USMLE Scores Score correlation

Alright guys, my exam is in 3 days and I have a question. My last Nbme last week predicted a 228...onthesame day UWSA 1 predicted a 244. Yesterday I scored an 87% on the free 150. Why are they all so different?? I don't see any correlation at all...what do you guys think?...ofcourse I wish the nbme is the one under predicting lol...I admit I messed up on the first 2 blocks because I was trying to figure everything out and ran out of time...your thoughts?

Uwsa is quite well-known to overpredict by 20-ish points. I believe your score should hover around 220-ish if you take the exam now.

True that, but for UWSA you're told to either +/- 15 as people have been known to get even higher than their predicted scores. I would have been less confused about the whole thing if I hadn't taken the free 150 because...most people that have taken it claim its as solid a predictor as the nbmes and UWSA...and and 87 correlates to a 250+...anyways I'll just wait till my result to see if its true.

From my empirical experience, it has consistently over-predicted by 20-ish. And free 150 questions are generally considered less predictive. Later forms (11-15) of NBME taken 1-2 weeks before exam, I believe are still the gold-standard for score prediction.
