Anatomy Stab wound to 11th intercostal space

If a guy gets stabbed in the 11th intercostal space, what organ is at risk for damage? Two choices I remember are gall bladder and kidney, but not sure either of those are correct.

location of the spleen: On the left side, between ribs 9-11 posterior to the mid-axillary line; Its long axis follows rib 10 almost to the left adrenal gland

location of the liver: The liver is almost completely under cover by the ribs on the right Crosses the midline about 2 cm below the xiphisternum
Superior border: start at the 5th intercostal space 6cm to the left of the midline and cross to the 5th intercostal space on the right mid-axillary line
