USMLEWorld Uworld System wise or not ??

Hello,
I am done with almost 70 % of uworld and my scores have not improved much since when i started initially with average about 50-55%. Hence, I am thinking of reviewing the rest of the questions and the wrong ones system wise so that I can focus more on my weaknesses and get a through review of each system. Is this a bad or good idea??
Also, i took nbme 7 one month ago and scored 420/203. After that, I had some family issues and I have not been able to focus on studying lately. Now, I m getting back to studying and I am not sure how to resume or adopt a different method for reviewing. Please advice, I hope to take the exam in August.

@tai35 : I think your score in NBME 7 is good because you didn't do uworld at that time. After finishing Uworld, I believe that your score will increase.
p.s : are you vietnamese dr ?
