Your uworld score is low. I will advice that you take an NBME. Find out your weak areas and then change your reading style, because I don't think it's working for you. You need to understand everything that is in uworld and I feel you should do the whole qbank again, not just your wrong questions. It will help to take notes whilst repeating the qbank. In my own opinion, starting with goljan now might confuse you. however if you plan on postponing your exam, then it will be helpful integrating new material into your schedule. Cheers

Solid plan of doing KLN one more time, with concentrating on weak points.

But I strongly suggest for you to do NBME form 15.

after that, we can help you more.

If you got a 45% cumulative, that means you got at least 1100 questions wrong. Cardiology and pharmacology combined are barely up to 400 questions in total. Which means you missed about 700 questions roughly spread around the various subjects. Therefore, i believe the problem is more than cardiology and pharmacology.
It's true preparing for the exam is a hassle. But I feel you need more than one month. At the end of the day, it's your decision. Goodluck with your kaplan and nbme. Stay strong
