USMLEWorld Recent Test Takers: UWorld compared to Step 1

For you recent test takers, such as people who have taken the exam in the past two weeks, how would you describe the difficulty of the questions of the real exam compared to UWorld?

I'm redoing the question bank, and separating the correct questions from the incorrect questions. From there, trying to review the incorrect questions. However, I was wondering how does the exam differ from UWorld in terms of difficulty? Is the same or more difficult?

I finished UWorld with a 65% average the first time around, but on NBME I got a 220, so a bit worried.

feel like uworld is harder for most questions but i could be wrong. It sometimes hard to give a good judgement. I have not yet got my results yet.

The best place to find out how UWorld performance is compared to real Step 1 Scores is this thread here
NBME, UWSA, Qbanks Averages, Correlation with Real Step 1 Exam Score

Oh nice, didn't see that thread for some reason. has some good info, but not much input from recent test takers, say in the past month or so.
