give NBME... but i guess its better to postpone your exam as many say UWSA overestimates the actual score by 10-15 marks

Correct Answer postpone

What is your target score? Am guessing that 420 is abt a 200.
Do an nbme or check the graph from your uwsa. Deal with your weak areas and concentrate on them. While doing the nbme or uwsa you should be able to detect by a feeling.

1) do all questions seem as though you can answer them butbut you have forgotten the concept...RX = review your notes and FA again and do another nbme.

2) Are the questions strange that you have no clue to the answers.. And are they specific areas like biostat, neuro or whatever Rx = postpone your exam for a longer period and study those areas effectively, do a review book, solve more questions on those areas.

All the best
