Help NBME 15 lower than NBME 13

Hello I took nbme 13 last week and got a 226. Today I took nbme 15 and got a 217. My step one is scheduled for this saturday(in 4 days). My goal was the 226 but now I am not sure if I should take it.

What is your opinion?

how did you feel while you were taking the test.

1) if you felt tense.. then calm down revise a little and take another nbme in a better situation/condition and don't extend it.

2) if you felt you knew the answers but could not fully recall then review FA in the remaining days or extend a little and review it.

3) if d concepts looked new.. you should study those weak areas and extend by at least 1- 2 weeks

in all, it depends on you and your target score. if you think you are ready don't extend it. never enter the step with doubt you should be certain and confident you have done your best and leave the rest....

take your time and review your wrong answers this would help if you paid for the extended feedback nbme.

How accurate it nbme 15 with the real score? My goal is 226 and I hit that with nbme 13 I did last week and now it declined.

there is a thread on that .

check the recommended threads section for the step 1.

I went through it and its quite predictive.

look the thread up and confirm it yourself.

Goodness seems like everybody that broke a 245, was over 75% on UWorld. I finished at 67% or so.

Default go job!

Go over your FA quickly especially areas u are weak in. i advice that u get a good night sleep a day before your test and trust yourself while taking your test, go with whatever choice u think is correct; do not change your answer choice(s). u would be fine. goodluck my friend.

Yeah I think I will do just that and then just take this god forsaken test. I swear this test prep and stress has given me the worst months of my life. Thank you!
