DNA Mitochondrial Genetic Code is not Universal?

FA mentions that genetic code is universal and exception is human mitochondria.
I did not get this.
Please explain....

Heteroplasmy means that the genetic material in the mitochondria is different from one cell to another and therefore the mitochondrial DNA is not universal and is not the same in all the human cells.

While nuclear DNA is exactly the same copy in each and every human cell and therefore it's universal.
