You've got time - but you have to be very very focused. You're looking at NBME scores around or above 550 to be in the 99 range. Nobody can guarantee you a 99 but your path seems hopeful as you still have 6 - 7 weeks left. It depends of course, on why you think you lost the marks on this NBME. If you simply didnt' cover the material properly then of course this is not a good estimation of your score.

actually am half way through my prep Mr.Kabir, so wanted a rough estimate on how i was progressing which was why i did this nbme form.At the start of my prep 2 months back before doing any questions i did nbme 2 and got a 300 score..after these two months intense study my score climbed to 460 but even in that exam i did lots of silly mistakes which i am sure i can rectify..one of the main reasons for doing those silly mistakes was the lack of highlighting feature in nbmes..i am very very dependent on that and have lost some 2-3 questions per block because of overlooking the questions due to the lack of highlighting feature.
And coming to my Usmle world,as of now am averaging around 64-65 % in the last 10 uworld tests which i took and my overall uworld % is 61 and i have about 40% of Uworld remaining..iam listening to the goljan audios for the 2nd time now and plan to study FirstAid more intensely this time around..i wish to take nbme 7 after i finish my uworld and nbme 6 a few days before my exam..so this is my plan as a whole and i would Love to have inputs from the users of this wonderful forum so that i can plan and implement more effectively..Thanks in Advance..

It sounds like your'e about halfway. The improvement is very promising. Keep it up and you should be able to make your target. There's a lot of information in the remaining 40% of UW

Two months are plenty of time if you have your basics in control. Just quick review for those things you handle now and focus those not so good subjects. Believe in your capabilites and you can do miracles

Thanks a lot and yeah the things which u need to do to improve your NBME scores are
1)Review Each and every question of Usmle world and during your review just refer to the kaplan notes and FA wherever u think u have a deficient knowledge..this helps the most...so for u to do that it would take around 4-5 hrs to review each usmle world test which would total to 200 hrs approx for the 46 tests in uworld...
2)Use one assessment to see where u stand initially in your study so that u can find your grey areas..
3)DO NOT DO PHARMACOLOGY From FA....DO IT From KAPLAn..its absolutely esssential..
4)GOLJAn AUdIOS and FA Must be completed ATLEAST TWICE..
these are the things which made me score that 234 in nbme 7 and 256 in uwssa 2 lets see how i fare in The Main Exam...I WIll be more elaborate in my review the next time, which i would do immediately after getting my step 1 result...Wish u the very best...

usually takes 3 weeks, comes out like on a Tuesday or Wed morning (EST). Not sure if there is a delay cause of the holidays though.

Thanks for letting us in on how you improved your score.
