Which one to read BRS Physiology or Kaplan Lecture Notes?

BRS is the best book for studying usmle step 1 ever then go to study FA 2013 physiology section as the corresponding material in BRS ... Trust me its enough

I'd totally go for BRS It has all the things u need to kno and it doesnt have all the things u dont need to know.

It depends upon the grip you have previously on the subject .... if you have been totally isolated from the subject for an extended period of time ....then i would suggest you to watch the kaplan videos and read kaplan notes.... but if you are not that much weak in it .... you can sufficiently do physio from BRS ....easy to read ,highly organized and takes less time .....

But stick to only one book ...don't read from both !
