Help Need suggestions. Too much stress

Hi guys. First to say i am making too much stress about the preparation and need some advice. İ am an img, last year student. İ Started my prep on october. Finished kaplan videos (except pato and micro) and notes. Listened golijan audios and read lecture notes ones. Finished cmmrs. And read half of FA
İt was hard to prepare continuously because of the exams at school in every 2-3 weeks. Thats why when i finihed the 1st read i felt like i dont know anything and thats why i didint take the trial tests. No uw or nbme (i think i made a mistake at that time). Coz of that Actually i dont know in which state i am. İ started to read goljan lecture notes secondt time plus rapid.r for the first time. Almost finished half of that. İ cant study more than 5-6 hours a day for now, i hear people studin 9-10hours. İ was planning to take the exam on november. But i dont know how i am goin to finish all my prep at that time. İ can extend the hours, thats not problem. Which way should i follow now. Please be realistic, i want to know what i did wrong and what can i change now . Thanks and good luck. And sorry for the bad english )

Don't do anything until you memorize first aid.
