Question How to keep focus in 8 hours exam

Can anybody plzz suggest, how to remain focused or keep concentration, during 8 hrly step1 exam??
i usually feel tired and exhausted and also lose concentration, after completing approx. 3-4 blocks..
Can anybody please help me regarding this..??

realizing that this is the moment that you have worked your A** off for who knows a 6 month or more .....realizing that this exam is the most important exam that will guide your career ....realizing that this is the time to give everything you have after the enormous effort you've put in ....realizing that you can again get back to be normal after going through intense 12hr/day study schedules

is enough to keep you motivated to run a marathon let alone sit for an 8 hour exam

but the key is to built you stamina by going through question banks in the same timed/random mode that you will not feel any different when sitting in the exam ....

Also a shot of redbull might help in the end
