What are the main cancers / Pathologies,in which Immunohistochemistry is Positive for 'synaptophysin, chromogranin & neuron specific enolase'??

I've read it somewhere, but couldn't recall it rite now.. i think they are positive in gastro-pancreatic or neuroendocrine tumors..but what are those..?? and where is it written in f.A.?? can anybody plzz help me..
