Default Anticancer Drugs...have to memorize which to use for specific Cancers?

BOTH FA and the Kaplan Lecture notes for that section, have included all the Specific Cancers, and which drugs are used for which.

Is there a high yield list somewhere? Or is that complete list the high yield list?

Any easy way to remember them? I see that FA doesn't have mnemonics for it, so I figured it can't be that important.

FA says dont worry about specific cancers but there are a few must know: just to cite an example methotrexate for chorioCA or Nitrosoureas for cns tumors... I mean a basic idea is enough ... More important are phases on which they act and side effects
