Default Ipsilateral and Contralateral lesions

Is there ANY way to remember what will cause ipsilateral lesion and contralateral . Any concept. Please help with this , i cant figure this out.
Like PICA causing contralteral pain and temperature loss and ipsilateral dyphagia , then Middle cerebral A. would cause contralateral face and arm paralysis and so on .
How to remember all such things, there are a lot of them
