Default Don't panic

Its natural to feel depressed but depression has hardly helped anyone perform better. Take a break for a day. Start tomorrow with a new vigor. i don't know how much you've read, and what. My suggestion is that you begin reviewing the weakest areas. Use your primary reference like FA or Kaplan, whatever you're familiar with. Supplement with videos/goljan audio lecs where appropriate. Give each area TIME and effort. Doesn't matter if it takes 10 days or 20 to improve. Its not the end of the world. Take an NBME 20 days from now. hopefully you'll be much improved. Then you can see if you wish to schedule or postpone.

Best of luck.

@Dr. adi

first, going through UW the third time wont help by itself. You'll have to focus on the explanations. Not just the right, but why is the incorrect choice wrong. It takes a lot of time and effort.

I would suggest you build blocks of marked/incorrect Qs, instead of doing timed random. Read FA of the relevent topics first. Listen to the organ sytem sections Goljan lecs. reading Goljan would take a lot of time. why not give it a try with the audio lecs first? Maybe it'll help more.

Don't stress yourself too much for the time being. Keep reading and listening. Worry about the score when the time comes to take the next NBME. Improve on the previous NBME taking environment, dark room, tea and water filled breaks help a lot. Best of luck to you. Let us know how the improvement goes.

The lecs are worth a listen. Not once but twice or even thrice. And they're fun, so wont be too hard.

Enough, don't know. Obviously reading the bbok will be better. But for now, worth giving the lecs a try without the book. Who knows it works wonders for you. Give it your best
