Default H. Pylori MOA ?

From what I understand, H. Pylori secretes Urease and creates an alkaline environment to survive in the acidic environment of stomach, then how does it manage to create gastritis and increased H+ secretion ?
Please clear these concepts for me

Gastritis, among other causes(acute erosive due to malfunction of protective layer due to NSAIDs, stress, increased Ach or raised ICP, and autoimmune Type A gastritis) can be caused by antral H. Pylori. H. Pylori in antrum destroys, through its cytotoxic chemicals, the somatostatin producing S-cells leading to decreased somatostatin - - - > uninhibited gastrin release--->increased histamine mediated release of acid causing gastritis in antrum and ulcers mostly in duodenal bulb.
