what is the Chapter, and Section Roman Numeral, and Letter? I have the 4th edition. I think it's in the Cardio section, but can't find the exact section it is written in.

if anything, the Atrial pressure would be lower than systemic venous pressure...blood flows from higher to lower pressure.

are you misreading the words Atrial and Arterial? because even if you are, ARTERIAL pressure is higher than systemic venous pressure.
